LMU and the SEIU 721 Non-Tenure Track (NTT) bargaining unit met for the tenth session today, in the ongoing process toward reaching a first collective bargaining agreement. LMU continues to pursue an agreement that responsibly balances meaningful support for faculty with the university’s ongoing sustainability and educational excellence.
Proposals
During the session, the union presented one counterproposal. The university team presented its position on four proposals which included two formal counter proposals.
LMU remains committed to a collaborative, good-faith bargaining process, with the next bargaining session scheduled for June 30, 2025. Updates will continue to be posted on LMU’s Bargaining Updates website.
